Overview:

Texans for TSTC engaged Raconteur to build and manage a statewide campaign supporting Proposition 1 during an off-year election. Raconteur developed a two-phase strategy, first building awareness and support through issue advocacy, then transitioning to direct voter mobilization through the Texans for TSTC PAC. The campaign established its organizational infrastructure from the ground up, developed poll-informed messaging and deployed a full-spectrum media strategy leading to Election Day.

Strategic Pillars

Raconteur built a statewide campaign strategy focused on message precision, voter reach and coordinated execution.

Two-Phase Campaign Strategy: Built separate issue-advocacy and PAC efforts to move voters from awareness and persuasion to direct voter action.
Poll-Informed Messaging: Used statewide polling to identify persuasive messages and target audiences.
Full-Spectrum Media: Integrated digital and social advertising, connected TV, radio, outdoor, print, direct mail, text messaging and earned media.
Digital Campaign Infrastructure: Developed a public-facing campaign website to translate a complex constitutional amendment into a clear, accessible message for voters.
Coalition & Voter Mobilization: Coordinated coalition communications and developed GOTV and voter-contact materials to support the final push to Election Day.
